The hotel needs some maintenance and updating. The rooms were not as clean as expected;

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Pizzaria do Barao that was only 5 minutes' walk away. It took about 10 min by foot to get to cachoeira paqueta. Praia Grande neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.

a subway station in the vicinity was a bonus. our hotel was located near to tourist attractions like praia grande.

Visitors will be pleased with the hotel's central location near many amenities. the rooms are large and well, maintained, and the breakfast spread is substantial and mouth, watering. Guests can enjoy leisure time by the pool without hearing any noise.

Some aspects of the rooms, such as the old mattresses, pillows, and sheets, were either too much worn.
